Preparation and Imaging Since 2000, Cellixsoft has continued investing on sample preparation laboratory. With the latest decapsulation machine of unique mixed etchants, we provide safe, quick, reproducible, and precise decapsulation or delid of ceramic, plastic and BGA packages as well as modules or C.O.B. (Chip On Board). Using fuming nitric acid or heated fuming sulfuric acid, the cleanly exposed die is ready for subsequent analysis or test. Our laboratory also provides both wet and dry etch deprocessing facilities to delayer customer's samples. Our laboratory equips with advanced scanning electron microscopes (SEM) as well as optical microscopes. We provide microscopic photography for all kinds of chips, from 90nm to micron process chips.

and intellectual property protection.
With
the help of powerful automation tools, our design team can extract full
or partial circuits precisely and rapidly. During the past six years, we
have analyzed more than 1800 chips, including digital/logic, SRAM, DRAM,
non-volatile memory, display and discretes. We have supported companies
in the consumer electronics, networking, wireless, automotive, and
military sectors.
Besides
circuit extraction, we can also provide hierarchical schematics: block
level, logic level and transistor level. The schematics are organized
for each major layout area of the chip analyzed, and top-level blocks
are corresponding to the datasheet of the device.
